Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
